Data Deletion
You can remove your data from javobchi.ai at any time. This page explains every way to do it, step by step. javobchi.ai is operated by Nahl Group Inc.
1. Disconnect In Settings
Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect next to your Instagram account. This immediately stops all campaigns for that account and removes the stored access token together with the campaigns, delivery logs, tracked links, and follower counts attached to it.
2. Remove The App From Instagram
In Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove javobchi.ai. Instagram notifies us, and we remove the connection automatically.
3. Ask Instagram To Delete Your Data
You can also request deletion through Instagram or Facebook settings. Instagram then sends us a deletion request, we erase the data linked to that account, and you receive a confirmation code. Enter the code at the end of this page address (for example /data-deletion?code=YOUR_CODE) to see the status of your request.
4. Email Us
To delete your workspace, sign-in email, and all related data, or to have the record of a comment you wrote removed, email support@nahl-group.com from the address you used to sign in. Include your Instagram username and, if you are a workspace owner, the name of your workspace. If you only commented on someone else's post, send us your Instagram username and the approximate date of the comment.
What Happens Next
We may ask you to confirm that you control the email address or Instagram account before deleting anything. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records needed to prevent fraud or resolve a dispute, and delete it when that need ends.
