Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use javobchi.ai, a paid online service for Instagram comment and message replies operated by Nahl Group Inc., a Delaware corporation. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them.
The Service
javobchi.ai is a hosted service. You sign up, connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, and set up campaigns. When someone comments a keyword you choose on your own posts or reels, or sends your account a message, the service replies with the text you wrote or, if you turn on AI replies, with a reply written by AI from the information you provided. You can also read and answer your Instagram conversations in the in-app inbox and see reports about your campaigns. The service is provided by Nahl Group Inc..
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may connect only Instagram Business or Creator accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Authorized Use
You are responsible for the campaigns, keywords, links, and messages you configure. Do not use the service to send spam, deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or unsolicited bulk messages, to promote illegal goods or services, or to collect data you are not entitled to collect. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours. The service only replies to people who commented on your content or wrote to your account first, and you may not use it to message anyone else.
AI Replies
AI replies are optional. AI can make mistakes, so keep the business information you give it accurate and check your delivery logs. Replies sent by AI on your behalf are your responsibility in the same way as replies you write. You can turn AI replies off at any time, and AI pauses in a conversation when you answer it yourself.
Plans And Payment
Paid plans are paid in advance for 30 days at a time, through Payme or by card through Stripe. Prices are shown on our website and in the app before you pay. Plans do not renew automatically: nothing is charged unless you pay again. If you have a question about a payment, email support@nahl-group.com.
Platform Compliance
You agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. We may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the messages, links, and other content you configure. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it through Instagram on your behalf, only so that we can provide the service.
Availability
The service depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting, and database providers. We work to operate it reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
Suspension And Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Instagram and asking us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if Meta restricts the account or app, or if required by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that messages will always be delivered, since delivery depends on Instagram and its rules.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nahl Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if you paid nothing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
